What we collect

If you join the Darbyland list, we collect your email address and (optionally) your first name. When you visit, we record basic usage such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location from your IP address, and your browser type.

How we use it

• To send you news about Darby’s music, videos and appearances.
• To understand what fans enjoy on the site.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

Advertising and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure visits and sign-ups from our ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and send event data to Meta. If you join the list, your email address is hashed before it is shared with Meta for ad measurement. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and our advertising (Amazon Web Services and Meta).
